MIT clearance is closing

Received this email today, really is too bad. I will never buy MIT products at full price. It was nice well it lasted, glad I jumped on some cables when I did.

Dear Music Lover: Hello and Thank You for your participation as a valued MIT customer!

Our on-line efforts have been so successful, the time has come to close the MIT Clearance Center. Why? Because of your love of music and all of the MIT Cables products you have purchased, we have exhausted our inventory of Discontinued, DEMO, and Legacy products.

A special thanks to all of our "Weekly Special" members - you guys made it worth every minute we dedicated to digging, dusting and testing all of the returns that accumulated over 30 years. Now, we are "lean and mean" thanks to you.

All MIT Cable warranty assistance and product support will remain the same and available through our main site. If you need personal attention, the MIT Cables business offices have technicians waiting to talk to you as usual. If you prefer communicating on-line, send your missives to info@mitcables.com and someone will answer you by next business day. We are told that we have the most responsive staff in High End Audio, and we intend to keep that spot.

From recent events we have attended, it looks like 2017 will be a breakthrough year for new technology in audio. MIT has several exciting audio products planned for release to the truly passionate music lover that resides in all of us. Be sure to check out www.mitcables.com and your in-box, or stop by our MIT Cables Facebook page for the latest news. We are changing for the better!

Cheers!

maaaaan, crazy. Thankful for the opportunities while they were available, and thanks to F1 for the heads up on this last year. Aside from the Clearance Center and the occasional deal here, I couldn't touch them otherwise.

I'm gonna miss those emails and the thrill of seeing what they had each week.

I feel somehow unsteady now, abandoned.
    Someone hold me?
    .No! Granpa! NO!!!.

That was a cool thing MIT did for the consumer, who knows, maybe in the future they will re-open the doors on more items but for now it was a great thing while it lasted.

This was something they didn't even need to do, so I'm grateful for the items they offered at a discounted price and was actually able to add a few items to my rig.
