Yep it has the remote and all the packaging, the only thing I can't find is the power cord. I have an aftermarket one on it but will have to dig around for a regular one. I was just going to keep it and stick it in my bedroom but if you want it I'd still sell it.

Quick question actually. Do you know if it would make a good intermediate between a tv with optical out and a vintage Sansui receiver? Should I be worried about sending an amped signal to the receiver?

I used it between my tv optical and amp so I can't speak first hand, but I don't think it'd be an issue at all. I'll let anyone else chime in that knows more than I do though.
