Slight crackle the first minute of listening

This is something I noticed a few months ago, at first I thought it was a driver and very well could be. With all my gear on, when left idle overnight or pretty much more than about 15 hours or more, I get a slight crackle in one of the speakers but this only lasts for about 1 minute then it never comes back. The crackle isn't continuous, spaced out irregularly time wise
I have checked all the connections, nothing is touching, plays fine afterwards.
Gear in use when this happens is:
Marantz SA 8004>S1 RCA> B&K Ref 50>S1 RCA>B&K 200.2>S1>speaker.
This has been happening with the 2B mainly on the right speaker, I can't recall with certainty if it happened on the left, but when I hooked up the 2.3's the first time it did happen on the left speaker.
Could this happen if the outer collars of the RCA's touch each other?
I want to say I have completely isolated them but it doesn't seem like a cold solder joint but could be. Reason I say that is this happens with all the gear left idle but powered up.

I think the fact it happened to the 2.3's on the left speaker may have been a fluke, that CD is pretty beat up.
It still continues on the right speaker but I think I may have found the culprit.
Looks like it may have taken a nerf dart, of course all sides deny the incident.

I heard it the other day, Doug. Right speaker would give a slight crackle. Not during loud transients, but just out of the blue even during quiet passages.

I heard them down there about a month ago launching darts so looks like it took one through the grill. I didn't hear it after playing them for awhile but seems it's getting worse.
