    I'm glad you got it taken care of.

    Yeah that first VP needs some customer service classes. I still don't want to do business with them because of the Marketing VP's attitude. She basically called me a liar.

    Cathy Laufman the VP Chief Operating Officer took care of it one email. I may buy something from them if they come up with something cool that I can use.
