i recently purchased the polk melees off of Groupon and i was wondering how i receive my free xbox one chat adapter

It would be best to telephone Polk CS at 1-800-377-7655 (select option 1), they'll send it right to you.

Just received my Melee headphones as well! I'll be calling the 1800 number to see about that adapter as well. Thanks for the tip Kenneth.
