I have a pair of LSI9 speakers with matching center channel. My receiver is a Denon(AVR3312CI) 125 watts per channel. What Sub should I use? I am replacing my old Klipsch .

Welcome to CP Bozing!
Depends on a lot of things... budget, room size, type of listening (movies or music), space, etc.
SVS gets a lot of love 'round these parts. Other brands that seem to be good bang for the buck include Hsu, Epik, Outlaw, and Velodyne to name a few. Polk subs... not so much praise, except for maybe the Micro-pro...
Good folks around here that will gladly help out given a little more info.

I'll add REL to that list.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

And maybe Elemental Designs, although I don't know if they're still in business...
I've heard good things about PSB also, but have never heard one. -
Budget up to 500 , room size is 16' x 16' high ceilings with one side open
Mostly for music. -

I have an Elemental Design A2-300. I would love to figure out how to integrate it with my new SVS PC-13, but sadly it may not be possible.
The company went under spectacularly back in 2012, leaving a lot of orders unfulfilled and people generally unhappy. There's a guy that still repairs some of their plan amps, which for a while were very, very dodgy.
You can read a bit about it here: http://www.newtonindependent.com/newton_independent/2012/12/by-peter-hussmann-ben-milne-founder-of-the-cash-based-payment-provider-dwolla-and-mentor-to-the-des-moines-start-up-communi.html
There is also a massive thread on AVSForums that I won't link because it's very difficult to decipher at this point. -
Little higher budget would recommend SVS sn2000. Think the sb1000 or pb1000 would be a little small.

Bozing - that's a pretty big room... If it's mostly music, the general consensus is to go sealed vs ported, but either should do fine. That volume, room, consider as large as you can afford or even dual subs if you have the room. There's a ton of more experienced folks around here who I'm sure will chime in. Another good resource would be to use SVS's sub selection tool to give you an idea of what to consider:

To stretch your budget, try to find something in the used market. Lots of good deals pop up here, eBay, CL, Audiogon, etc.
@Paradoxex - didn't you pick up Mark's PC ultra cylinder sub in central PA? That was an absolutely amazing deal! I almost bought it, but it was too tall for my HT, so I'm sticking with my smaller PCi 25-31 cylinder sub until I can fabricate my DIY built-in subs. (I am picking up Mark's B&K amp next week. Looking forward to finally meeting him.) How are you liking the SVS? Don't give up on integrating your ED sub too soon. Play with placement and see if you can make it work somewhere. Dual subs are definitely nice, and timbre matching is out the window with subs... -
