BenQ 1080ST 1080p DLP Projector

For sale is a 1080p DLP Short Throw Projector that I bought new from Fry's about 3 years ago (paid $900 on sale back then).
Very good entry-level projector. The short throw means that you can get a very large picture from a short distance (for example I'm getting 108" from 3-4 ft away from the screen).
Excellent for gaming thanks to the very low input-lag (24 ms according to online reviews http://www.projectorcentral.com/benq_w1080st_home_video_projector_review.htm?page=Performance ).
Lamp has about 1,462 hours and it's rated 3,500 hours in full power mode and 6,000 hours in Eco or SmartEco mode (I've used SmartEco 99% of the time).

$500 OBO or trade for iPad Air 2/1 (+cash) or Pro (+cash)

Think it's a good price. Has good reviews too. Can it be used from a farther distance?

It can project a 100" image from 5 to 6 ft away. A 110" image from 5'6" to 6'8" and a 120" one from 6' to 7'3" away.
I'm using it on top of a coffee table from a little less than 6" away from my screen (sorry, my 3-4' initial comment was wrong). It could be mounted on the ceiling. In my case I just never wanted to deal with the installation and cable routing.
