I have Polk PSW 110, it was Problem
and i don't know what's regulate Transistor in a circuit

While I don't have the schematic for the PSW110 typically a transistor used as a series pass transistor, in a power supply, is used to regulate power supply voltage. That could be called a "regulator transistor".
