That's quite a grill. You should use it more often!

Long story short, in-laws gifted it to me when we bought our house. It needed some parts and tracking them down has not been fun.

Jenn-Air licensed their name to another company, who made this grill. That company is long gone, and Jenn-Air doenst have parts for it.

In the meantime we discovered that the part thats cracked was on a LOW PRESSURE hose (we thought it was on a HIGH PRESSURE hose). So we can use it while we try to track down this last part.

So I had to clean her up, buy a new grill cover and shes mostly ready to go. The automatic spark isnt working right on the main section, but I can make it work without that for now.

We also have a Weber 21" charcoal grill which my wife prefer's so we've been using it more than anything.

But since its Indiana, in the winter.... yeah that gas grill is gonna get used.

This get together was the excuse to clean her and get her tip top.

The rest of this summer is going to be "lets see how much stuff we can marinade and cook on this grill".

I also have a rotisserie attachment that I plan to play around with

I've got a 6lb brisket going now...trying to push past the stall in time for dinner.

    More later....

Thanks. I was very excited when the in-laws gifted it to me. Once we expand our deck it will be moved to a more appropriate corner.

I need to clean the heck out of it as it rocked out 6 brats, 6 hot dogs, 20 burgers and some other stuff, so its dirtier than before I cleaned it lol.

Thank god its all stainless steel so it should clean up well.

I really like that its propane, and heck its got stuff I have no idea how to use (searing station, IR burner) so its gonna be fun to experiment with things lol....

Tonight is leftovers but I think I'm going to get some chicken thawed out to marinade overnight in some diff stuff for cooking tomorrow night

Now I just wish I had a covered porch hehehe

Dan, I hear ya! We did around 50 burgers and 50 hot dogs Saturday night. Didn't have time to clean the grill prior to the grilling (and it had been at least a year since I last gave it a good cleaning). Needless to say, I had some flame taming to do! Decided to give it a good cleaning Sunday afternoon - probably cleaned 5 pounds of 'seasoning' out of the grill. Now to get it re-seasoned!

That grilling STATION of yours is awesome. Love the prep station on the left. Is that refrigerated? With a setup like that, you don't even need to be a good cook (not saying you aren't) - guests will just think you are!

Covered porches are overrated. Just get yourself a nice retractable awning - best of both worlds!

And, you need to cut back on the Mountain Dew brother! :p Now I see where you get all your energy...

The larger section at the front is a cooler I could use for stuff, the other little pieces at the back are for condiments, but I dont ever plan to use them like that. If anything thats where I will put stuff like different rub containers, etc.

I'm also not really sure what to put in the drawers just yet but I'm sure I will figure it out, again likely to be grilling accessories/utensils, etc.

I have more storage there than I know what to do with at the moment, which isn't bad thing by any means....

Nah, I want a covered (note I didn't say screened in) porch. The eat in kitchen is a bump out with its own roofline I'd like to continue over the deck and then do tongue and groove wood up the interior and them put outdoor speakers in the corners for listening to the radio, and an overhead ceiling fan

HA! that wont happen..... Also it was for guests too, and it makes a good mixer for hard liquor
