Speaker works sells a nice cloth and will send free samples with a stamped self addressed envelope

And Joann Fabrics has a good cloth and cheap too- if you have a store near you, check it out

I've used both and am happy with the results

I used the black Mellotone from Parts Express when I rebuilt the 2.3TLs I sold to @gudnoyez and it looked every bit as good if not better than the original cloth.

I've used the same cloth from PE several times, sometimes only replacing the grill cloth and not the side panels, and you can't tell the Mellotone from the original cloth.
It is a heavier material and maybe not as transparent as some would like, but to me it's easier to work with and as close to the original cloth as you're going to find.
For critical listening I usually remove the grills anyway.
