I have the opportunity to purchase this receiver at a good deal, But I can't find any reviews anywhere on this receiver, does anyone have experience with this one or have tested it or even have links for reviews?

    In its price point, it performs well. Has several digital audio connections and component video switching so that's nice. It's not the biggest amp in the world so you might want to step up some more to get more power. It will soon be replaced by the RXV550.

    Im upgrading from a kenwood 300$ receiver, this one is on sale 150$ off, 499$cad, so I'll take baby steps my wife( we share money) bought me a marantz dvd player 4300. Plus a new house $$ is a lil tight
