no midrange in left polk audio rtia9

i biamped the 9s using 2 xls 2502s and set the crown crossover at125hz because there was not a 120hz setting in the dsp.i have done this before with no problem but this time when i used the marantz audyssey to set them up the left channel was 8db lower than the right.the first thing i did to isolate the problem was to switch the left and right speaker connections and the left was still 8db lower.so i put my ear to it and realized there was no midrange.i dont go past -20db so i couldnt have blown them so i believe it is something to do with the rtia9s passive crossover.any help would be greatly appreciated.ps im not a working girl im a tow truckdriver thuss the happy hooker handle.lol

    Hi,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The best thing to do is contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 they'll need to have the speaker's serial number and date and place of purchase for a warranty replacement on the driver.
    Regards, Ken
