I have 2 - 265RT as main fronts speakers / 255c RT as a Center channel / PSW505 subwoofer/ 2 - 65RT in ceiling above couch (listening area) / using a Denon AVR1200w receiver which has Dolby Atoms. Can I use the Dolby Atoms without needing more speakers? If no more speakers are necessary which speakers should I use as "Height Speakers"?
Thanks in advance!

It's Atmos.
No.
You don't have height speakers.
Do you have a subwoofer?

From what I read, you have 5.1 system. So, no atmos for you in the current configuration.
For atmos, you need atleast 7 speakers(5.1.2 setup). If you purchase two more speakers and use them as side surrounds, you can use your in-ceiling speakers as atmos height channels.

For an Atmos in a 5.1.2 setup you would need to surround channels at approx ear height. You would move the ceiling speakers to the .2 position2-channel: Modwright KWI-200 Integrated, Dynaudio C1-II Signatures
Desktop rig: LSi7, Polk 110sub, Dayens Ampino amp, W4S DAC/pre, Sonos, JRiver
Gear on standby: Melody 101 tube pre, Unison Research Simply Italy Integrated
Gone to new homes: (Matt Polk's)Threshold Stasis SA12e monoblocks, Pass XA30.5 amp, Usher MD2 speakers, Dynaudio C4 platinum speakers, Modwright LS100 (voltz), Simaudio 780D DAC
