hmm.... for a couple hundred, these are the best speakers i've ever had!
they are much better than my old speakers (mirage AVS system). i got them mainly for stereo music in my upstairs room but i liked them so much, i've decided that i'm going to use them for my home theater setup (i've moved the mirage stuff upstairs).
i got some R15's as the surround, am still trying to acquire a CSi30 center channel and have money allocated for a Hsu Research VTF-2 or STF-2 subwoofer.
$200 - R50's
$80 - R15's
$150? - CSi30
$400-500 - subwoofer...
not too shabby. (i may cheap out and get a polk subwoofer though...)

i just checked circuit city and their prices for the R15's are back up. now they cost the same as the R20's (which, to me, were just too big to hang from the wall for the rear surrounds).

update: just picked up a CSi30 from ebay... $165 w/ shipping. i may have paid a little too much but i was getting tired trying to hunt it down.
