Static coming from Harley speaker

I have a Harley Electra glide with two Polk audio mm521s I just installed as well as a rockfordfosgate punch two Chanel amp. Running the stock Harley head unit from 1999. The right side speaker comes out staticky the louder you turn it up. Polk has sent me a new speakers and three crossovers in total and the issue is still there. I'm completely lost to what the issue may be. New head unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    have you switched L+R channels to see if issue follows or stays on the right

    How about powering from a separate source like a car battery. Disconnect the chassis ground. May be getting noise from your bike.

    We had it hooked up to a afternarket radio and car battery and it came out clearer. Just order all new pioneer radio and stuff so hopefully it does the trick
