warranty for psw125

Hello,
I have a psw125 sub that shuts down during use and rear heat sink is quite hot, volume and base at low levels. unit is approx. 2 years old. tried customer service email twice with no reply and tried 1 -800 number twice and no response. Would like to get this repaired under warranty, info please, I am located in Winnipeg Manitoba and I purchased from future shop which is now out of business.
