Used RTI-70s vs T50s

Hello folks. Don't post much, but have a question. I am helping a forum member from another forum (bmw) put together a home theater and was wondering if used RTI-70s would be better than new T50s. Looks like new T50s go for around $100 each and there is a pair of 70s on ebay for $250. Any comments would be appreciated. (also keep in mind he would need a matching center which may be hard to find the RTI-70s).

Yea, see if you can find rt800s or rt55s and a cs400i. I haven't heard the t50s that skip loves so much, but I can't really imagine they best that series for the same coin...
