Replacement Boom Mic

Hey all, I bought the Xbox One Polk 4 Shot Gaming Headset a while back now and the Boom Mic isn't working anymore. Anyway I can get a new Boom Mic sent out?
Also, regarding the built in mic, is that going to be usable at some point? Everyone I've tried to talk to using it say it's extremely quiet and I've heard for myself that it is extremely quiet.
Not too fussed about the latter, but would really like another boom mic as right now I'm using the standard headset that came with the Xbox One, which doesn't sit well with me after paying for a Xbox One dedicated Headset( with mic )
