I have some new old stock Denon AH-C400 full warranty and receipt included 175.00 each shipped. Still sealed of course had a case in my warehouse we thought was lost found doing inventory count. These are really awesome headphones I brought three home for me and my family the rest are up for sale. qty.10

Also check reviews on head fi this headphone is often compared to the AKG-701 in its characteristics. Has a very solid build and comfortable.
