what amp to get?

so a couple days earlier i asked if the C300.2 amp was good for my 2 mm2104's and people sayd i shouldn't, so i was lookin at amps and am deciding between Rockford Fosgate Punch 801S or the coustic 801db amp. so what do u guys think about this? or u got somethin to recommend under 300 range?
