Modified/Rebuilt 5jr crossovers

I have a pair of 5jr crossovers with new Mills resistors and Dayton 1% caps installed. These are the later board style with 1.2 ohm resistors and 12uF caps. The poly switches were also replaced with Mills 0.5 ohm resistors as well. They are burned in and only selling due to custom billet housings I'm replacing them with....

I'd cut that hot melt glue off those resistors. They can get too hot with glue on them, and possibly melt into the cap plastic and or ruin the resistor. Seen it before

I did not use hot glue which has a much lower melting point at 120 deg. centigrade and I only covered @ 25% of the resistor body. These were running my custom TMM speakers without an issue.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists.
