Missing polk audio badge for lsim 703

I contacted polk audio customer service on April 3 concerning the missing front badge on my 703's that I purchased during the F&F sale. My case number is 0088081. I spoke to one guy who I explained the problem to and he said he would call me back but hasn't. He works in the parts/warranty office. Could you please get me a replacement badge, Thanks, Bob

It would be best to contact Polk's CS guys at 1-800-377-7655 for replacement parts.

I contacted polk audio and was told that the entire housing is one part number and that I would have to return the entire speaker and get a replacement speaker instead. This is absurd is it not?

I totally agree, I'm missing one on my 705 that I purchased as is at Best Buy and have looked high and low with no luck. Ken Swauger even tried to find one for me.
And yes it might be inventoried as one part it's not as it is screwed onto the speaker .

I was told that the badges are put in place with double backed tape and that the badges can be obtained from their shop in California but it seems that no one in Polk hqs in Maryland wants to make the effort to contact them and correct our situation. Sad indeed.

The problem is that the logo badge is not something that is available as a separate piece, it is only inventoried as part of the complete cabinet. Polk is willing to exchange your complete LSiM703 at no charge to you, but they aren't able to send just the badge. They have checked with the main service facility and they don't have any badges to send. Normally they would send them if they had them, but the LSiM series is different.
