For sale is my Salamander Archtype 5.0 audio rack. I love it but can't use it anymore in my setup.
It's currently on casters and I also have a set of spikes fornit, both of which were optional accessories.
This rack retails for 500 in cherry without spikes or casters. Even the black finish is 300, so at 200 it's a good deal.
Price is 200 OBO and open to trades for speakers potentially. May be willing to drive a bit to meet up as well.
Some blemishes which once loaded with equipment won't be noticeable. Most of these blemishes shown in the pictures aren't as bad as they seem. I take pains to ensure my pictures show any condition issues even to the point of exaggeration.
Info below.
Engineered to Perform
-Flexibility of infinite vertical adjustment
-Designed to enhance sonic performance by isolating audio/video components from vibration
-Open architecture allows for superior component venting and simple cable management
-Modular, stackable concept allows easy adjustment and retrofitting as need change
-Accessories provide additional storage options and functionality
Modular Design Threaded steel support rods and matching fasteners allow shelves to be fully adjustable. Stack units with coupler and/or add individual shelves as you need them
Solid shelves deliver the strength and timeless beauty of genuine, American hardwoods or Black, MDF (medium density fiberboard). MDF is commonly used in acoustics for its strength, stability and antiresonant characteristics.
Threaded rods and shelf clamping fasteners provide infinite vertical adjustability and exceptional strength

Wow - that was fast Dan. Not surprising though - it was a smokin deal! Cost me more in materials to build mine, and I had about 25-30 hours labor in building it...
Congrats!! -
I was sleeping. I would have snatched it!!"if it's not fun, it's not worth it & remember folks, "It's All About The Music"!!
