I watched this on the main rig the other night and it felt like the temperature dropped 10-15 degrees or more in the room. Hearing the wind howling through the side and rear speakers really gave me that immersive feeling of being in there.

    Liked the movie, like most all QT flicks...but, the man can't write an ending to save his life. Maybe Inglorious **** was the last flick of his that had a decent ending.

    He builds a story in his typical fashion, has you the first half of the flick, and the last half hour or so he loses it. I think he could have easily shaved half an hour from the flick and came up with a better ending.

    My thoughts EXACTLY. The second act was waaaaaaay too long and wordy, even for a QT flick. I did enjoy it, however.

    Not a big Quinton fan. That being said. Pulp Fiction is one of my top five movies. This movie was awesome. Puts him back on the map for me. I will have to watch it again with the wife just to see her reaction. Peace. D

    I have to say this movie was a snore, and way to long. Had my attention for the first bit, then lost it. Maybe I wasn't into the movie that night, but shut it off at the 2 1/2 hour mark. I'm going to give it another try though, and re- evaluate.

    Interesting flick, I actually got more interested as it went on. Some good humor too but I could have done with the OVERUSEAGE of the n word. I understand it was a common word back then and in the movie it was used properly but after a few dozen I was ...enough already!
