Adcom GTP 600 or Yamaha RXV 2700

I am setting up a new HT and 2 channel set up in my new basement apartment and have a question regarding processor or receiver. It is to be a simple 5.1 using my LSI 9's as fronts an LSIc for center and LSI FX for the back. I am planning to use my Parasound 5250 for power just wondering if I should use the yammy with the pre outs or the Adcom...neither can up scale to 4k which my new tv is however my garden variety Sony blue ray ups to 4k. I have lots of big speakers, towers and other bookies but these are my best bookies and I have the entire set, will use a Micro Pro 3000 sub. What cha think.
Main Family Room: Sony 46 LCD, Sony Blue Ray, Sony DVD/VCR combo,Onkyo TXNR 708, Parasound 5250,

The adcom has good audio but IMO the Yammy is a notch above.
    Carver TX-11b - Carver 4000t - Carver TFM45 x2 - Polk SDA SRS 2 (094 tweets) - RSL CG 8^2 (Howard's XO upgrade + driver upgrade = 350w rms and amazeball toanz)
