I see you got the new 3805. That is a nice looking unit, the ad in this months S&V highlights the new features Denon put in it and it looks very impressive. When you get it hooked-up let us know how it performes and compares to the 3803 (if you have listened to the 3803). The EQ reads in the ad to work only with the auto set-up. I would think the EQ would be a plus for those looking to tweek the sound alittle further then the treb/bass offered in the 3803.

    congrats,

    Dave

The 4ES's new home :D I had to modify my existing shelf, to accomodate the increased weight, and the new center channel, which will come later this month. I plan on making a panel that blocks all the wiring, based on Rob's idea.

    Thank you Rob!

    Looks good bro!

When the lights are low for watching you won't see those wires, just a thought.

Try a piece of black fabric tacked up on the back of your rack. Hides the wires and the lighter colored wall as well.

Ya I updated it, I had forgotten about that....man, it took forever! :D Hey did you ever notice the grounding pin on the IEC is missing? I think it is removeable, so I will have to investigate that issue.

Frank - I was actually thinking about that very idea, thank you for the tip :) That would be much easier.

You know, I never really paid any attention to it. Is it missing or just by chance would it be stuck in the cord itself if it is removeable. If you look at the pictures above it seems to be in place. Right after I took those pictures I packed it back in the box.

Nah, not stuck in the cord, checked that...I noticed it when I was plugging in the new cord. I was like, why the hell is this thing wiggling :)

NO NO NO, I was just mentioning it....it has nothing to do with the sale or you Rob....it's all good. It was probably removed way before you got it, don't sweat it, I can take care of it silly :)

Works like a dream, 100% AOK.

You sure, that just seems strange. By the way, how do you like the new Signal Power cords. I got to thinking about it, I need 3 of them instead of 2. I forgot the 2900 also has a removeable power cord. I'm going to place my whole signal cable order at the end of next month. Trying to save some money before going on my golf trip next month.:D

As usual they are cool, and look even better. That's gonna be one heavy **** box you receive. Remeber about the SCA2's...get a single pair to try first, before replacing them all. They will sound different than the MC, so make sure it's "good" to you then move forward.

GOLF! Hit about 20 under par for the forum :D
