In January I posted my experience w a pair of Polk Audio UltraFit 3000's. Loved the headphones for working due to their great fit and good sound quality. Then the headphones failed performing and the sound got poor. My posting resulted in excellent communication from Polk and an replacement pair! Touche! and thank you for great customer service. That's what it's about!
