Looks kinda neat. I wouldn't mind getting hands/ears on it just to see what it's like.

Says MDF cabinet, but only weighs 4.5lbs?

    0.2% wow and flutter?
I don't even know what that means, but Pioneer's PLX-1000 gets crucified for its 0.1% spec.

Vinyls. Ugh. I cringe when I hear or read that.

Don't you need to have a man bun to be into vinyl these days....lol.
The best way to predict the future is to invent it.

I would never render an opinion on how a tt sounds based on any published specification.

The battles that erupt between vinyl nerds about tts' specs, without ever seeing/hearing the components under discussion, strikes me as profoundly goofy. In few (if any) cases are the standards used to measure wow & flutter published with the spec... and, over the years, there have been many published standards (and weightings) for wow & flutter.

I figured out quite a while ago that the only real way to judge a component is to listen to it. I've been surprised many times, which led me to a pretty jaundiced opinion of published specifications.

I am relatively tolerant of a little wow from a tt -- of course, it irritates me on a piano sustain, but even some pretty awful-performing tts with respect to a sustained piano chord sound fine (to me) on most other music. Plus there are numerous piano recordings that have plenty of audible wow and/or flutter before they were cut to disk (as a listen to a digital release will readily confirm). Sometimes one'll hear it on guitar, as well.

    Sorry for the mini-tirade ;- )

I personally love my PVCs (vinyls), tie-dyed, t-shirts. With my hair thinning in front, I have been told my hair looks better in pigtails rather than my ponytail....who the hell let Willie Nelson into our commune...

Not mutually exclusive -- that's why as the late, great Baltimore O's skipper would say, it's nice to have "deep depth".

I could listen to the 2A3s and the Duplexes for the rest of my life & not complain -- but I still like to dink around with other things on a rainy day.

    Heck, even...

to stay, sort of, on topic :- )

EDIT: and, no, neither of those EICOs is powered up! They'd set the tt or mrbiron's Reduction ablaze if they were! :-O

Y'all here have a standing invitation to c'mon by and give a listen sometime, you know!

EDIT: Oh, and I see that I somehow managed to fail to include the name of the "late, great Baltimore O's skipper" in my earlier post!

    That, of course would be:

    Earl Weaver.
