I dont lowbal but I have a good eye, I deal with tons of lowballers. The way I respond is very polite as I simply say ' Thank you for the kind offer, if I was to sell for that price I would be found guilty of murdering money'

Those types have always been around. With the economy as it is, people look at it as another way to make some coin is all. People who fall on hard times will sell anything to generate some cash flow, and certainly some are more than happy to help them out in that regard.HT SYSTEM-
