psW303 AND RC85i IN Wall speakers

I just bought two RC85i in wall units for my front speakers and am curious if they should be considered "satelitte" speakers for the sake of hooking up the subwoofer.

I have an older Sony Receiver with a "Mix" RCA Output which shows going to a subwoofer with - and + connections.

How do I hook up my subwoofer..My owner's manual doesn't say anything about filtered or unfiltered subwoofer outputs.

If you're asking if they should be designated as "Small," yes. An inwall speaker should be set to small via your receiver/preamp. Connecting them to your subwoofer will allow you to use the sub's crossover instead of the crossover in the receiver. Most of the folks around here prefer connecting their speakers directly to the receiver and not the sub.
