Blown M70 Tweeter
Hey all, not that this topic needs much input, but I thought I would give a shout out to Polk Customer Service. A few weeks back I was listening to some tunes and heard some awful noise or no noise coming from one of the tweeters. So I called/emailed Polk CS and started a claim. I waited and waited and waited and thought maybe they forgot about me. Then I got an email the other day suggesting I call Walter and I did and he returned my call the next day and is now sending me a replacement tweeter for FREE even though I am well out of my warranty period. This is why I have a basement full of Polk Audio speakers. Cheers to you guys.
