Polk RtiA7

Hello fellas. I recently upgraded my speaker to Polk RtiA7 using an EMOTIVA UPA 500 Power amplifier. It pumps 80 watts per channel @ 8 ohm and 120 watts per channel @ 4 ohm. This polk is 300 watts. Am i under powering the speakers?

    Are these for 2 channel music or HT? If for 2 channel not only is the amp under powered for the speakers, it's a bad match. If for HT you're likely ok for power and matching.

    Forget what the maximum wattage rating is for the speakers as it matters VERY little. The minimum rating does matter.

    So which amplifiers will you fellas recommend. Like aforementioned Polk Rtia7 Fronts, Polk Rti6 center and Polk rti6 surrounds. But i listen to music 90%. Are 7or 5 channels better or integrated amplifiers
