For sale my Monitor Series 7400 receiver with copy of the owners manual. Pretty much the 2400 amp and 1700 tuner in one box. Real nice phono stage with choice of MM or MC. This receiver is in nice shape and everything works as it should. A turnkey deal as it needs nothing. There are two scuffs one on the top edge and one on the bottom edge of the faceplate but that is it. Also cord has been repaired as I use a detachable cord with my gear. The 7400 puts out 100 watts per channel and can put out over 440 watts per channel peak into 2 ohms peak with 40 amps of current available. AUDUIO mag measured 170 watts per channel into 8 ohms in an excellent review from 1989. Features a really strong FM/AM tuner , bass, treble with 3 position turnovers, bass EQ.
Outputs for two sets of speakers and headphones along with preamp out and main amp in for upgrades. Inputs for CD,Video 2 tape decks with dubbing phono and your choice of MM or MC. A very good sounding unit and in my opinion the sweet spot in that line. I do not have the remote but universal remotes work fine. Asking $195 Thanks
