Sony SCD- C222ES a few questions answered please

Just picked up a nice five disc player for twenty bones. Plays good . No remote. My questions are to hook up the five channel where do the five ICs go on my Reciever? Do the five channel outs only work with SACDs? Regular CDs are strictly two channel? Also is there some maintenance to the slide out drawer to make it a little faster? Lube the rails? As always ,any and all help is greatly appreciated. Peace. D

    There should be RCA hook-ups labeled "multi-channel in" on the back of your receiver. If not then your stuck in 2 channel...

    The multi channel outs will work with anything, 5 or 2 channel. Make sure you adjust the bass management in the Sony when using.
