Firmware update on Woodbourne

I've been trying repeatedly to update the firmware (if there are any) using my iPhone connected via USB and the Woodbourne app. I've never been able to get the thing to connect to the Polk update servers on either of my two Woodbournes after tapping the UPDATE icon. I've left it go for 15-20 minutes, only to see it still doing something that I can't make out. The app appears to be doing something with all the blinky lights on it, but thats all it ever does.
Any suggestions Polk CS?

It might be best to call Polk's wireless support guys at 1-800-638-7276 tomorrow.
