How much are you paying for gas?

Last night I paid 1.69 for 93

This morning I saw 1.67 for 93 and Sunoco Ultra 94 was 1.74

I know the gas prices are going up and some people are feeling the pain so I thought a polling would be interesting.

the whole gas thing is bullshiiiiit .............how the prices for the barrels just went up today. The US should just nuke all the middle eastern countries and take their oil.... there's no reason the oil prices have to go up, except Greed.

Here in Chattanooga, TN regular is about $1.61. Luckily chattanooga is on the Georgia border so we can take advantage of the lowest gas taxes in the country. However its still $1.51 or so.

    1.70-ish for 87 / 1.85-ish for 89 / 1.95-ish for 93 ... didn't check the sunoco 94 stuff...

i'm just happy that i'm getting just over 400 miles to a tank with half city / half highway driving ... 26 gallon tank, minus 1 gallon (since i didn't run her ALLLL the way down) = 25 gallons for 400 miiles... thats like 16 miles to the gallon average highway / city... so i'm gonna ballpark it at like 13 city / 19 highway... MUCHHHHH better than my old 8 or 9 mpg city / 13-14 mpg highway.

so i'm not so mad about the gas thing anymore.

i just cut my gas bills by like 40% overall. ...and i saved 3,000+ dollars on my car insurance by switching to geico -- hell, no wonder i had enough loot to buy a new rig!

$1.79 for 87 and $1.99 or more for 91 here in UT. (That's Utah, not University of Texas) Seems like it goes up a couple cents every day. I always wait to buy gas cause I think it might drop the next day, but it never seems to. Whatever is causing this really sucks.

I remember a couple summers ago when gas prices were really low. One day, I paid $.68 a gallon. Yes, sixty-eight cents per gallon. I filled up the 13 gallon tank for like $7. I hovered around seventy cents for about a month...those were the days...

It's much more expensive in So. Cali, but where I am I pay $1.91 for 87... $2.11 for 91. We don't even go as high as 93 here.

Dude, that's kinda mileage mine gets.

California gas is so expensive because they tax the living hell out of it because the greenies think it'll help discourage people from driving.

well ... i think i had some car problems and **** ya know? -- i mean on paper this goddamn thing was supposed to be like 15 / 20 or something like that from the factory. but it never even came remotely close to that. it just kept drinking gas - putting out piles and piles of VROOM but drinking gallons and gallons of gas.

then again -- almost 90 thousand miles tends to hurt gas mileage.
