I have an Apple Gift Card valued for $201.00 that I'd like to sale. My girlfriend bought me an iMac for Christmas using Apple gift cards and because I am a teacher, we don't pay taxes on computer hardware. This gift card is the refund Apple issued to us. I'd like to get $170.00.

That is correct. She paid with gift cards, they refunded in gift cards. I just don't need any Apple products at the moment. That is better than all the gift card rates I have seen on line for Apple.
If anyone is considering getting a phone or peripheral you should jump on this.

You are correct, My bad. Just not sure why they were charged tax in the first place if they were exempt.
On another note, my wife buys Amazon gift cards for much less than face value through a program at the grocery store she shops at. I use them for CDs, vinyl, and golf clubs. Free money indeed.Main System:
