Go Fund Me?

I am writing a book aimed at helping people navigate the senior living industry as they try to help their parent/spouse/loved one; it's something I see every day working in the industry, and trying to share that information. Has anyone used Go Fund Me? I'd love to raise some money, get a paperback version printed, and have it available for something low like $5, plus some free ones for local senior centers, etc. I'm currently working on a website, but this is a whole new world to me.

Anyone have experience?

Best of luck to you. Let me know if I can lend my background to help you out in any way.
I have started a Go Fund Me for a community pharmacy project, but I haven't launched it yet.

Publish in ebook form and sell it for $1.99, and you won't need GFM.

Google "How to publish an ebook" and you'll get a lot of helpful sites.

Thanks folks. I was aware of the percentage that GFW takes, which is fine with me as I just want help financing an avenue for this material.

I do think that a digital version would be great, but quite a few of the people I talked to aren't tech savvy, and I also cannot give 10 copies of an ebook to the director at the senior center.

Are there any suggestions for a website where I could publish an ebook and a paper version off the same material?
