How is the sound quality of Bob Dylan's 5lp box set, Biograph?
I have heard mixed reviews of the sound quality of the original vinyl box set but have an opportunity to get a nice copy and was wondering if it is worth it.
I have the CD version and know it is a great collection but I was wondering if anyone has the vinyl version and can let me know how the sound quality is.
Thanks.

Hey Pete
Didn't see the one you mentioned, but I have the Original Mono box set which is like the 1st 8 LP's he made in Mono and it is excellent!

Thanks, Daryl. I do have 4 or 5 of Dylan's early albums in the Sundazed mono reissues and they sound wonderful. Biograph is a great collection (I have it on CD) but I have read mixed reviews online of the sound quality of the Biograph 5 lp vinyl set and was wondering if anyone had any first-hand experience with Biograph on vinyl.
Thanks again for the input. I appreciate it and hope all is well. -
I do. SQ is first rate. BUT I do like the mono box a bit better. Have not heard the mofi LP's yet.

Thanks, chumlie. It's good to know the sound quality on the Biograph vinyl is first rate. I will go ahead and get it.
