Its one of those Holidays (if you want to call it that) but it puts us guys on the ropes every year. This year it will BBQ in the back yard since the weather is perfect. I have the spare squeezebox hooked up and the patio speakers are singing out those old schools jams from the 70"s and 80's. Be firing up the gill in about 3 hours and slow roast this 2lb London broil.
Next week is the wife birthday, so I have to spread it out over a two week period, Red Lobster here we come
