Wow! I have the earlier version MP-50 and absolutely love it! What kind of MC are you interested in? I have quite a few. Maybe we could work out a trade if you're interested?

I'm looking at an AUDIO-TECHNICA AT-ART9 or a Soundsmith ZEPHYR MIMC LO Moving-Iron.
I've never experienced an MC cartridge before, my phono pre has a built-in Cinemag SUT, just wanting to try it out with a LO cartridge.
And yes, the MP-500 is an excellent tracker, an owner replaceable Stylus at a modest cost is also a big plus.

Gotcha, I have an Audio Technica AT-33PTG that I would be willing to trade for the MP-500. Of course I would be willing to add some cash in addition to the Audio Technica to make it a fair trade. The AT-33 has approximately 220 hours on it. I am the second owner. The original owner put approximately 200 hrs on it and I've put maybe 20 hours on it. It has the original box and packaging also. It sounds great with great detail, an expansive soundstage, and is very balanced. Just let me know if interested.

I will think upon it, if I don't sell the MP-500, I'll probably keep it as it's really a bargain at list price.
