Polk SRT MW5804 replacement speakers
Need some help. I recently decided to part with my SRT system but being that I've had them for 15 years I've noticed that 9 of the 5.25" drivers are ripped from the rubber surround. I've contacted Polk several times this week and I'm extremely surprise that replacement drivers are not available any longer and they are making me feel like I have some worthless wood speakers cabinets now. These where $10k new how could they be worth nothing now. They where not much help in telling me if there's another driver available that i could use. Any help highly appreciated. Thanks

Polk does offer some parts for their 20+ year old vintage speakers, which is unusual as most companies don't regardless of original cost. Unfortunately for you, they don't offer any of what you need.
Your best bet would be to contact one of the speaker repair firms to see if they can help.

The bone yard is filled with cars worth tens of thousand from years ago. You didn't really expect the SRT's to hold that value did ya ?
That's a lot of ripped up drivers, did something happen to them or were they stored for a long time ? Maybe someone makes a replacement in the after markets, hopefully another SRT owner will chime in. This is one of the reasons I sold off mine long ago.HT SYSTEM-
