New Amps and Common Ground

Recently had x-overs upgraded by David S on a set of SDA 1Cs. With new bass inductor am definitely in the 4 ohm region. Considering getting a new amp pathway as I think my vintage NAD 7200 and NAD integrated amp as the pre-amp may be degraded (they sat unused for over 10 years).
So far looking at the NAD C375BEE or maybe an Onkyo AV receiver such as the TX RZ800 OR 900. Having to net shop as brick and mortar resources are very limited-the only non-big box ones are generally higher end than I can afford.
If someone knows whether or not the units above are common ground or not would appreciate feedback. Other recommendations welcome-preferred spend range is about $1000, ceiling is about $1500.
Thanks,
Paul

Most amps and receivers are common grounded, but there are exceptions to every rule of course. Dual mono amps, bridged amps, some multichannel amps, some esoteric designs. When in doubt you can always contact the manufacturer (*and don't forget to tell them why you are asking*)or Polk audio. However since Polk hasn't made these loudspeakers in a long time you may come across some younger or newer folks who have no knowledge of these designs. You will definitely not have a problem with the NAD and it's power drive amplifier, but most home theater receivers likely will not do well with the low impedance load presented by the SDA's.
