JD, thanks for the advice. For the center hole I 1st used a pin as they suggested then took a very sharp awl to enlarge the hole dead center of the dot. I'm pretty sure I got this right because album after album the stylus lands on the slip edge gradually slides to the start of the LP and then plays w/o a shutter or skip of any kind. Believe me if I messed up I would have you dudes take me by the hand and show me. See, I don't go crazy nuts w/ multiple carts and record playing would be down on the ladder for sources which I know is no excuse for not doing it right but I can't go nutty crazy over it either. Again thanks to the many who helped me on this, I mean it.....Lew2chl- Adcom GFA- 555-Onkyo P-3150v pre/amp- JVC-QL-A200 tt- Denon 1940 ci cdp- Adcom GFS-6 -Modded '87 SDA 2Bs - Dynamat Ext.- BH-5- X-Overs VR-3, RDO-194 tweeters, Larry's Rings, Speakon/Neutrik I/C- Cherry stain tops Advent Maestros,Ohm model E
