Will Chromecast get me the Super bowl?

I watch football on my phone, no more Directv. Is there a way to watch the game if I get a Chromecast?

Chromecast might be able to livestream it, if AND ONLY IF, you download the CBS Ap. and PAY their monthly fee for live access.

CBS is NOT part of the HULU group, which includes, NBC, ABC and FOX among others. they decided to go their own way. I have a $10 a month cable subscription that provides PBS, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX and a couple of others LIVE. And I use Hulu or Netflix for anything else.

IMHO. The CBS Ap/Subs. is OVERPRICED. Their programming is NOT worth what they are asking, and they'll be priced out of the market soon, having to depend on cable and Sat. subscriptions only! Whoever is in charge over there needs to RETHINK their internet presence!

So does that countdown lead to a live Free access, or a LOG-IN account access! Just wondering? I suppose with all the money for the SB ads, they could afford to provide free access but that is NOT their general model there if that is the case.

The phone is proportional to my degree of caring. If my team was playing I would be a little more interested.

From what I heard, this year will be the first year youll be able to view to the Superbowl online, for free. Not sure if they changed their minds, but I think they are doing it as a test and also because its Superbowl 50
