Where are Polks sold?

Here's a question for you all: I know Polk HQ has a display of legacy products, but do they have a sample of every current product they sell on hand? Something tells me, no.
All of the legacy speakers that graced the hallway at Polk HQ in Baltimore are out in Vista, CA now along with all of the QC samples. I believe they are required to keep a sample of every product.
Well... we do literally make hundreds of products so having them all ready to play is difficult, but in the CA HQ we do have a variety of set ups including an LSiM 2 channel, a LSiM 5.1, an RTi 5.1, and a T Series 5.1... we tend to rotate product in and out of set ups.... we are in the same location as the main US distribution center, so in 50 feet we have a lot more than 1 of everything we currently make. When we are working on a new series we tend to pull multiples of everything it will replace, as well as competitive product, set it up and live with it. Unbox everything and set it up as if we were consumers, bring them home, burn them in, really get the sense for how to improve them. It is a long process but I think the results are worth it.... what happens to all that unboxed product? Ever been on the Polk EBay store?

D2Lo, I believe you misunderstood my post. It was an answer to another post, which asked if Polk keeps a sample of every speaker/product you make. The answer would be yes.
I was also taking a shot at the current Polk management for basically moving the company out of Baltimore along with all the legacy speakers from the hallway and all the QC speakers from the warehouses.Political Correctness'.........defined

Well, then you are taking a shot at me... so, uh, thanks for that. Most of the retailer visits happen in the California location and when we show and demo new products I like to do it in the context of the history so they can better understand where we have been and where we are gong. Instead of being in a hallway, now they are more protected in a light controlled room, with proper signage, and that room also have a living room style demo set up with an 80inch TV so we can directly pivot to the latest and greatest.
Also, this the industrial design studio is located here so the designers can directly reference historical product without flying across the country. Since it has been here we have actually added to it, actively looking for product on eBay and craigslist that wasn't included or was damaged. Trying to swap out what we can with working samples.
Change can be good when in the right hands.
