This weekend I am going to be hooking up my new system in my 99 accord coupe. I have a couple questions concerning first off all tweeter location, should i start by wiring the amp first to get that out of the way or the speakers first. (db6500 and db690 powered by profiles cl640 amp)

your tweeter should be no more than 18" from the mid woofer
it should not be facing glass, or away from you
anywhere from pointing towards the inside of your car to pointing directly back is good
usually somewhere half way b/t is best
hook up the amp first, then hook up the speakers to the amp

run them along the sides of the car
take off the kick panel by the door, youll see a rubber thing when you have the door open, its between the door and the car...like where the hinges are
run the wire up the kick panel through that rubber tube and into the door
    put the panels back on...voila
