How to Set Up Polk Audio RTIA1 125-Watt

I recently bought the Polk Audio RTIA1 125-Watt speakers. However, I know so little about bookshelf speakers. To my knowledge, I know that i need at least an amplifier and speakers wires kit to set it up. I wonder if anybody could tell me what kind of amplifier and wires are good for these speakers? Also, I want to connect it to the computer, anything special that i need? In addition, my budget is really tight.
