Just double check that ticket to make sure you read the numbers correctly. It would suck if you quick your job, lived off your savings for several months, then realized that you had dyslexia and read your ticket wrong.

I think 25% of 750,000,000 would build a hell of a nice wounded warrior facility and an awesome scholarship fund.

1.4 billion right now, and if nobody hits, it goes to 2,000,000,000.....

One of my pet peaves....potholes. The wife seems to find them no matter where we go. I once told her to go around the block because she missed a few. Even if our state got all that money, it would go to pension funds and the potholes would still be there.

If it goes past this week (and you WIN), you can enter the GOP primaries and tell people how "rich" you are, and how many minorities love you, and how you're going to make everything "great" again! Building Casinos, winning billion dollar lotteries? It's all the same thing, man! Why shouldn't you run! lol

So I walked up to an empty lotto kiosk today planning on "investing" $20 to my retirement. It wouldn't take my $$. Noticed a button that said print ticket. Pushed it and out popped a $20 ticket. Apparently whoever was there before me didn't finish their transaction. Is this a sign? Should I spend the other $20?

Nope, save the 20 and use the freebee ticket. If it's meant to be, good luck. That's all it really is anyway....luck. A game of chance with the worst odds in the world. You'd have way better odds in Vegas, and we all know how that goes.

My wife and I were joking about what we would do with the money, right before going to bed last night. I guess it prompted me to dream about it and I dreamed the winning numbers. When I woke up, I could only remember 3 of them. Seriously.

The powerball only pays $4 plus the multiplier if paid and selected...at least here in TX

If the powerball paid $100 then you could handy cap the system by paying $52 and playing 26 cards and selecting the powerball plus random #'s, which isn't a bad system as you would at least guarantee the powerball, which I would suggest in large office pools.
