Hey guys,
looking for a clean Technics SL-1210 turntable; black version of the 1200
I'm periodically checking Craigslist nationwide, and Ebay, as well. I see some new old stock for prices that could put me in a really nice late model hifi table. Most of the other stuff seems beat up and still expensive, with a few exceptions here and there, but still haven't seen anything cost/condition wise that's prompted me to make a move.
Just thought I'd ask around here since this may be my best opportunity for both reasonable price and, just as importantly, some sense of the kind of life/treatment it's had.
Let me know if you guys have anything you're interested in moving or know of any available.

I was looking for black, but not sure I need to spend 2x+ for a color change.
